Dear F4J members,
I know this blog seems like its not running, but dont worry; its some what dormant. We have been going through things kind of slow, but projects are sure to be started up in the summer time (t-shirt campaigns for change, merchandising, crazy things to promote change on the street, etc.) Wanna hear some old school hiphop mixed with a little bit of today? Check out the list of new YouTube videos, all from a confident woman who loves to rap (and make sure to rate and comment if you have a Youtube account). This week, the week of Spring Break, is all about music. Post a comment with 1-6 lines from a song that spoke to you this month. Please also post the artist and the song name. Here is my choice:
Eleanor Rigby (also known as "All the lonely people") By the Beatles
Eleanor rigby picks up the rice in the church where a wedding has been
Lives in a dream
Waits at the window, wearing the face that she keeps in a jar by the door
Who is it for?

Remember that just because no one is telling you to make change, doesnt mean you wont try. Fightforjustice))

Song: Angels on the moon.
You can tell me all your thoughts, about the stars that fill polluted skies
And show me where you run to, when no one's left to take your side
But don't tell me where the road ends, cause I just don't wanna know, No I don't wanna know
Song: Mad World
And I find it kind of funny,
I find kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you, I find it hard to take
When people run in circles it's a very, very
Mad World, mad world.
By the way I do not agree with what the song is saying but it is a very weird/emotional song.
